Space to Pause

To think and feel side by side

I facilitate reflective practice for individuals, teams, and organisations working in complex, relational settings.

My approach is shaped by years of frontline experience, therapeutic training and a deep commitment to creating environments where people can pause, make sense of their work, and stay grounded in the midst of challenge.

Reflective Practice

Working with people in challenging circumstances means carrying emotional weight, managing competing pressures, and making decisions within complex systems.

Reflective practice offers a steady place to pause and make sense of this, to explore what’s happening, understand our own responses, and recognise the dynamics shaping our practice.

Through this process, practitioners are better able to stay thoughtful, emotionally attuned, and ethically grounded. This directly supports the quality of care offered to clients, helping relationships remain clear, compassionate, and responsive, while staying connected to the heart of the work.

Spaces

01

Group

A shared space to think, feel and understand together.

Group reflective practice offers a structured, containing environment where teams can pause, explore the emotional and relational dynamics of their work and think collectively about the challenges they face. These sessions help practitioners deepen insight, strengthen connection and bring more clarity and intention to complex practice.

02

One to One

A private space to slow down and make sense of your experience.

1:1 reflective conversations provide time to explore what you are carrying, what is influencing your responses and how your work is affecting you. This space supports clearer thinking, emotional awareness and a grounded sense of direction in the midst of complexity.
